Tell My Future is a classic urban legend about a young woman who visits a psychic to have her fortune told and gets a very odd reaction.
There was a young woman who decided to visit a psychic because she was curious about what life had in store for her. Although she didn’t really believe in fortune telling, she thought it would be fun to have her future told.
She arrived at the psychic’s house and was greeted at the door by an old lady in a ragged shawl. The psychic ushered her inside and led her down the hallway to a darkned room. They sat down at the table.
“Can you really tell my future?” asked the woman.
“Of course,” the psychic replied. “Just show me your palm.”
The woman held out her hand and the psychic examined it closely, frowning in concentration. There was a long silence and the young woman became uncomfortable. Suddenly, the psychic went very pale in the face and gave the woman a strange look.
“Is there something wrong?” the woman asked, nervously.
The psychic refused to answer any questions and told the woman it was late and she wanted to go home. There would be no charge for the palm reading. The woman was worried and began asking questions, but no matter how much she begged, the psychic wouldn’t say a word. The woman kept insisting, but the psychic just kept shaking her head and saying the session was over.
Finally, when the young woman began to grow angry, the psychic relented. She took out a pen and paper and wrote something down. Then, she folded it up and put it in an envelope and handed it to the young woman.
“Do not read this until you get home tonight,” she said.
The woman was relieved and stuffed the envelope in her pocket. She thanked the psychic and paid her for her services. They said their goodbyes and the woman left, thinking about the mysterious note and wondering what it could possibly contain.
As the woman crossed the road, she was still deep in thought. She wasn’t looking where she was going and walked right into the path of an oncoming car. The vehicle slammed into her, tossing her in the air like a rag doll. Her broken body bounced along the road a few times, finally coming to rest in a crumpled and motionless heap.
The police arrived and pronounced the poor woman dead on the scene. While rifling through her pockets, looking for identification, an officer came across the envelope. He opened it. The note inside contained four words: “You have no future.”
There were Psychic and horoscope ads, lol
Psychics are the kind of people who take advantage of those who are weak and usually looking for a loved one by asking for like 400 quid. 6/10 psydchicks lol
It’s probably some fact among fortune tellers that you can’t change the future, just tell it. She didn’t know she was going to be hit by a car I think, and even if she did and she told the woman, the woman would be overly cautious and probably get hit. If she didn’t give the woman the envelope, the woman would have been wrapped up in why and got hit. If she told her she has no future , the woman would have either been angry or wrapped in grief and wouldn’t know where she is going and get hit. There was no way to escape it.
The fortune teller could just have said to be careful as prevention is better than cure.
how sad
why didn’t she aware her, she could have future.
nice one
@Paradise acctully i wanted to say, that i found the lady attractive! ;)
and ya, she’s pretty rather being hot! :D
@Dark stone why good for you is she your gf and you were cheating on her HA HA XD
Dudes the psychic could only tell that she had no future, she didn’t know that she was going to die soon or anything like that so even if she told the girl to becareful, I doubt the girl would have been able to dodge her fate
ouch
Pretty sad ðŸ˜
haha funny lol she has no future sad for her good for me
“You have no future” she was a poor woman with no money
Why didn’t she just let the woman read it?

7 out of 10 cookies!
Maybe the physic couldn’t warn her because she didn’t know why she would die and she probably gave the letter to satisfy the lady so She could go home as soon as possible to avoid danger, also, some physics vows to not lie about their customers’ fortune or tell it to others. The lady would also probably ask why she had no future and commit suicide by the shock.
You have no future. The lady should have told her that so she could be more carful or something that wasn’t the true and she wouldn’t have to worry.
why did she say wait till you get home even though she already knew she would die on the way home???
The psychic could have warned her about the car Bleh Good story though.
