Hi. My name is May. I was a very brave person until the incident… I was in my room watching TV when I heard a loud -Bang!- from downstairs. Scared, I grabbed my blanket and went to investigate. I walked by my Parent’s room and peeked in. Mom was fast asleep. I didn’t see my Dad but I thought he was just not visible. I started walking down the stairs. On the second step down, I heard a loud -CLOMP!- I didn’t want to turn around because I was afraid of what I would see. I took another step and heard another loud -CLOMP!- I wanted to run. Shivering, I took another step. -CLOMP!- I ran down the stairs as fast as I could. -CLOMP!- -CLOMP!- -CLOMP!- -CLOMP!- At the last step I was afraid to turn around. But I knew I had to. I slowly turned around. I wasn’t supposed to scream, but I did because I thought it was something creepy. It was my blanket. I couldn’t believe I had thought I was being followed. My Father came to see who had screamed. The -Bang!- I heard was my Dad eating the rest of my pie.
