Harassing Calls

Harassing Calls is a spooky story about a woman who is being stalked over the phone.

There was a woman who was being plagued by harassing phone calls. Every day, when she answered the phone, she would hear silence or heavy breathing at the other end of the line. The calls came at all hours of the day or night and the woman was at her wits end.

One night, she was awoken from a deep sleep by the ringing of her phone. She picked up the handset and said, “Hello? Who is this?”

There was no answer. The woman was so frustrated that she started shouting abuse down the phone.

“You complete loser! What is wrong with you? Stalker! Creep! Why do you keep calling me? Jerk! Moron! Why don’t you get a life? You piece of garbage! You scumbag! Weirdo! Freak!”

When she finally calmed down and stopped shouting, there was a long silence on the other end of the line and then she heard an angry voice hiss, “I’ll kill you…”

The woman became very frightened and feared that her life was in danger. The next day, she went to the police and told them she was receiving harassing phone calls from a stalker. They told her there was little they could do and advised her to keep a record of every time he called.

That night, the woman received another phonecall, but this time it was different. When she nervously picked up the handset and put it to her ear, she heard horrible, creepy laughter.

“Heh Heh Heh Ha Ha Ha Heh Heh Heh Ha Ha Ha…”

“Hello?” she said.

“Heh Heh Heh Ha Ha Ha Heh Heh Heh Ha Ha Ha…”

The woman hung up, slamming down the phone in anger, but the eerie laughter continued…

“Heh Heh Heh Ha Ha Ha Heh Heh Heh Ha Ha Ha…”
